The Emilia food tradition

Emilia is famous for its culinary tradition and its typical products such as the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Parmigiano Reggiano, Tortellini (the name changes depending on the city where we are, but the recipe almost stays the same), Lambrusco and the Parma ham, Salame Felino, just to name a few. A land rich in food traditions that make us proud to live here and enjoy this heritage. We love to reinvent the tradition paying great attention to quality. Emilia, the land of conviviality and respect for high quality food and wine culture that has made this lands with its products famous worldwide.
