Rustic cookies with chocolate drops

Rustic cookies with exquisite chocolate drops for a special autumn break at home with a hot cup of tea or coffee. The scent of the burning wood creates a cozy atmosphere. The rays of the sun come through the curtains of the kitchen. A few days ago, I saw a lovely recipe and I decided to try to make it at home. It seemed to be very simple and quick.

Using the oven to cook cookies and cakes is one of my favorite pastimes. I therefore tried to make these crunchy cookies that do not require the use of butter, oil or milk, excellent for people like me who have lactose intolerances

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
150 gr of sugar
6 gr of ammonia for biscuits
480 gr of flour
dark chocolate and milk chocolate drops

Add the eggs, sugar and ammonia for cakes and mix together. Once you have assembled the mixture, slowly add the flour. Attention not all. When the mixture is soft, add the chocolate drops and stir. Finally add the last part of flour. The dough should not stick to the finger, so if you add another bit of flour, if you see that it is still too soft.

Take a baking sheet, put the parchment paper and make some loaves. Bake at 180 ° in a static oven or at 170 ° in a convection oven for 25 minutes. When cooked, do not turn off the oven, take out the pan, carefully cut your loaves with a thickness of 2/3 cm. Now lay the cookies on the baking sheet and put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes.

If you use gluten-free flour, I advise you to increase the second baking in the oven by a few minutes to give the biscuits greater browning, while for ammonia I have used a variety that also contains natural vanilla flavor.

Before serving, wait until they have cooled so that you no longer smell the ammonia.
