Emilia is famous for its culinary tradition and its typical products such as the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Parmigiano Reggiano, Tortellini (the name changes depending on the city where we are, but the recipe almost stays the same), Lambrusco and the Parma ham, Salame Felino, just to name a few.
